Dafna

For Dafna's new project she pitched her Album to us, immersed in this wet-tech world. We worked on her feature music video for BADPEOPLEBADTHINGS, and then discussed doing quick and simple visualizers for her other songs, CLINGWRAP, LOVEISFUN.

We shot some press photos, ensuring it was in the theme of her Album's visuals and prior to any song release, was alluding to what the audience could expect from her upcoming Album. Accompanying her Music Videos were BTS Video Docos, BTS Photos and Individual Single Cover Art, made to serve the Single's sound and theme while still cohesively tying it into the overall Album's project.

Dafna's music video for “BADPEOPLEBADTHINGS” brought her quirky, dramatic song to life with a playful, cheeky storyline of two criminals trying to break into a safe containing her prized possesion... A hot dog. A Dafna special. It brought a comedic tone, while keeping this tongue-in-cheek narrative alive. Her other 'feature' music video came later and was developed around her song 'BADBADNEWS.' This song was country leaning, but still very much sat in the Pop space. It gave us the challenge of finding a way to melt these words into eachother so the visual was strongly aligned with the Single, but felt like it still belonged to the overall project.
